I have an upload that contains 4 PDF files. After the initial upload, I renamed one of my PDF files (I wanted it to be alphabetically first so that the thumbnail showed the main document). I then ran derive. Issue now is that there are too many "Viewable Files" in the viewer. 2 of my documents are duplicated. How can I reprocess so that only the 4 PDF documents show up?

there are 6 uploaded pdfs in the item. see https://archive.org/download/lap-link-v-by-traveling-software-users-guide-1993

you'd need to use edit > change the files to delete the pdfs you do not want.

There are only 4 files that that I can edit. The other PDF's are greyed out.

I had renamed "LapLink V by Traveling Software Users Guide (1993).pdf" to "LapLink V - by Traveling Software Users Guide (1993).pdf so that it would be alphabetically first.

I also renamed "LapLink V - Other Documents (1993).pdf" to "LapLink V Other Documents (1993).pdf"

The old file names were somehow retained after I renamed them, and so they are now duplicated. They old files are greyed out and I cannot delete or rename them. I only uploaded 4 documents.

I'll just delete the entire post and start over. I thought there might be an easy fix.
